How to Build Your Team

1) Get to Emerald – to get leads both from emerald and success club you need to be Emerald. You can technically get Emerald in day 1 because company lets you buy you plus 2 family members at the same address.

2) Keep recruiting the coaches the same way

3) Teach the team how to get to Emerald (see step #1)

4) Teach them how to to get to Ruby/Diamond…which basically is teaching them how to help their coaches go Emerald.

1. Enroll your spouse – put them on your weak leg (in any business center). When I sell a challenge pack under my spouse, they earn the commission, but it helps your volume on the weak leg. BUT he’d also put another family member on the strong leg too….but if you have 1, put them on the weak leg.
2. Build your outside legs. Don’t put one of your coaches on another coach’s inside leg. Work on growing your weak leg.
3. Strongest coaches go on your weak leg. Discount coaches go on strong leg.
4. To hit diamond: If your strong leg still doesn’t have an emerald after adding 3 active coaches, sign up a family member to get up to diamond. (24 minutes in)
5. If that doesn’t work — you can host a contest. Send out an email to all 4 coaches….whoever gets to emerald first and hold it gets a prize ($100). If they sign up to family members, it’s $80 so you’re just reimbursing them…but you can’t advertise that.
6. Now your strong leg’s family member could get to diamond. Now you’re star diamond. Then work on weak side to get another diamond.
7. Maintaining Rank:: You need a higher rank to keep earning max cycle bonus. As an Emerald you can only make $250 on team bonus. Ruby can make up to $1000 team bonus. Diamond $2000 1-star 3000 and so on….
