Explaining those “135 Elite Points”

#1 Adjusted Incremental Team Volume – This is the hardest to understand…
This is how fast your team is growing. You get 1 Elite point for every 10,000 over your previous years volume grows (see the top 2 numbers under my coach rank on the email)
This category usually takes the longest to grow. Here’s a simple way to roughly estimate your year-end points based on your latest reported ATV points through March. (March is the 3rd month which is why step #1 has a 3,…June would need to be a 6) . Example Scenario – 2014 ATV: 117,675 2015 ATV: 76,199 . 1. Divide 2015 ATV to find average monthly points: 76,199/3 = 25,399 2. Project year-end ATV points using mthly avg.: 25,399*12= 304,796. 3. Figure out incremental ATV growth: projected 2015 ATV – 2014 ATV. 304,796 – 117,675 = 187,121 4. Determine ATV points estimate: projected incremental growth / 10,000 187,121 / 10,000= 18 points
***Disclaimer: that average can move up or down, and you’ll need to watch numbers monthly.***
#2 Personally Sponsored Coach PV – You receive 1 point for every coach that has 500 PV (bought or sold) that signs up in 2015… this is another reason why success starters is so important.
#3 Personally Sponsored Coach Success Club 1 point for every coach that hits Success Club 5+ in the month – this doubles if you hit Success Club too….this is the category you typically MAX out on first.
