Reaching out to Leads

Question was: I’d like some understanding on how you interact with your leads. Do you send emails to them? If so, weekly? What do they consist of? I struggle to engaged with my leads.

Answer:

We also struggle with our leads sometimes. We usually send this email to them.
Now, it wouldn’t have to have a video at ALL. We track how many people open the email and where they click, and rarely do they click the video (which is good and bad I guess)
The text is the main part that gets them to contact us. We also include them on our email list. We try to send a weekly email; sometimes, like this week, it’s bi-weekly.
It is sometimes tough to get in contact with our leads. Sometimes they don’t even know what a coach is or what button they pressed to get one Our leads come from beachbody.com, amazon sells sold by Beachbody only, or infomercials; therefore, sometimes they are clueless on the help they can get.
I’ve also looked up their emails on Facebook to see if they have their profile listed with the email. If so I click on them, send them a friend request and add them to a “pending” list (this drops down to show your lists…by putting them in a pending list you can see if they accept you or not easier than if you didn’t).

How to Ask to Join as a Free Client

Several of you have mentioned that you have a hard time asking people to sign up as a free client.  Here’s a message I just sent, and she just signed up.  We have exchanged 2 or 3 messages prior to this one, so I didn’t just throw it out there.  I had mentioned it in one of my previous messages as a private group for accountability and support and that she was welcome to join.  She wrote back wanting to know a little more, so here’s part of what I wrote:

“The group is great…super supportive!!! I love our members!!! Here’s a link to sign up as a FREE client. I PROMISE we do not use your information for anything. We may send an occasional email, but we do not spam. We just may email a recipe or tip once in a while, but you can even opt out of that if you want. We just ask people to sign up to help keep the group private and to those who have the same sort of goals and commitment, plus you’ll be entered into our monthly give-a-ways”
