As you start to talk to people, someone may say that they don’t know or talk to their coach at all anymore.
They can change their coach to be you; however — you should make sure their coach is no longer working with them and not try to take a client from another coach.
Something else to note – A current coach cannot switch their upline coach. They would have to quit, wait 6 months and sign up again.
If someone has a coach already and are wanting to sign up as a coach – give them your link.
Then, also let them know in the green box it should have your name. If it doesn’t they can look you up in the green box where it says “coach lookup” by your Coach ID.
If someone already has a coach – they can change to you.
You’ll want to provide them your Coach Name, Email Address, and Coach ID, and ask them to go to https://faq.beachbody.com/app/customer_coach_change_form/lob/team
If that link doesn’t work – have them follow these steps:
1. Go to http://faq.beachbody.com/
2. Choose Customer Coach Change from the icons at the top
3. Login when prompted
4. Select “Yes, I have a coach in mind”
5. You will need this info
Coach name:
Coach email:
6. Select that the info is correct and then submit!

Then, they’ll fill out the information (super quick & easy).
If they’ve made a purchase, most of the time you can get the volume, commissions, and success club points transferred if they send the email within 30 days of purchase.
Sometimes, they won’t transfer if they bought directly from Beachbody, but it’s worth a shot. They will transfer for sure if they purchased through Team Beachbody.
Once again…if they have purchased through Team Beachbody, they DO have a coach, so make sure that they WANT to switch and that your aren’t taking someone else’s client.
