What are you doing now? What’s working what’s not. Where do you see yourself in the next 30-90 days. Is there a specific weight loss goal or a goal that you are working towards? Currently my health goals are to loose the rest of this baby weigh that is hanging around. It seems like after every child i have kept an extra 5-10 pounds so after 3 it has added up. I would live to loose 20 pounds and tone up to feel better in my skin and my clothes. My eating habits are not to bad i do eat out every so often and love dessert but for the most part we eat pretty healthy and keep active. I have never been a huge fan of working out i get in moods where its great and i will keep at something for a week or so but then loose motivation and drive. My daily exercise is chasing after 3 kids! )i am a stay at home mom and a licensed massage therapist though i don’t do many massage at the time) My 30 – 90 day goal would be to establish a workout routine and keep motivated and have it become a part of my lifestyle where i am comfortable with myself to keep at it. I feel i need help staying motivated and encouraged to reach my goals as well as a few tips on which workouts are best to do for an on the go person who only gets random moments of time where i can do things for myself. I have tried kickboxing and I am not a fan. I do like lifting weights and I like yoga. I am not a huge fan of cardio but I do it. I don’t have a passion for anything really. Not yet anyway. I can commit to about an hour a day.
What’s the cost?
SO…based on what you said…I have a few programs in mind. I am thinking that the 21 day fix will be the best fit for you. It will help you with the learning portion control and a healthy balance. Not just healthy choice meals. It is a more weights based workout that is really for ANYONE and I just love autumn. PiYo is fun and is a yoga pilates based program and is super low impact. GREAT!!! I just love the container system with 21 Day fix and really just how it teaches eating for a balanced life style. So much better than such a strict “diet”. You will not be alone in this journey! You will also have about 15-20 other ladies on the same mission as you!
Okay so for everything in my challenge your total investment will be $160. $130 of that $160 is the meal replacement (the dense dose of daily nutrition) That breaks down to $4.45 a shake. I replace my lunch with shakeology. That is a heck of a lot cheaper than most meals, such as wendy’s (even salads), subway (the healthier options), Starbucks and 100 times healthier so my husband and I take it out of our grocery budget, and we end up breaking even and we look at it as if we aren’t spending extra for it since it replaces a meal. I actually get it for $3.45 a shake as I am a coach. So you really are only spending $30 for this entire challenge!

Objection response: Too Expensive
you are looking to spend a TOTAL of $4.66 a day for 30 days to get fit and healthy and $4 of that is completely replacing a meal a day, completely replacing lunch everyday! So ya, its like your’e spending 66 cents a day to get fit and healthy (outside of your normal budget) when you think of it that way. Not sure where else you get get a trainer in your living room guiding you everyday, dialed in meal plan, a support team making sure you succeed and something to repair your health for that much?
Them: No not going to work.
